COUNTRY CULINAIRE CROSSES THE DITCH WITH our FIRST SHIPMENT TO AUSTRALIA.

This is good news for all our Aussie friends who have been emailing us over the past few years asking when they can buy Country Culinaire Pavlova Roulades. We are pleased to announce our very first consignment of Pavlova Roulades has been sent to Melbourne and they are now available from Costco in Melbourne.

The Pavlova roulades will be available at Costco outlets in Sydney and Canberra in November.

ON A ROLL WITH ICE CREAM!

Country Culinaire is launching a super premium range of luxury ice creams into selected New Worlds and Delis. Ice cream will be sold in a unique 650 ml tube container allowing the user to slice off a “delicate round” of ice cream then re assemble the tube to keep the ice cream in tact for another occasion. The tube offers six to eight servings depending on whether the ice cream is to be served as the sole dessert (which can be decorated with fruits etc) or as an accompaniment to a dessert. Flavours will change according to popularity and seasons..
